Purchase Agreement

This purchase agreement entered into by and between___________________________

("the breeder"), and ______________________________________ _________("the buyer").

Payment Schedule:

1. Purchase price of the pup to be paid by the buyer is: $______________________

Receipt of deposit does not guarantee sale of pup. Breeder reserves the right to terminate

sale transaction at any time and for whatever reason with full refund of any money back

to the buyer.

Terms of Warranty:

Breeder warrants that the pup is in good health and free of congenital defects of a life

threatening nature for one (1) year from the date of purchase and is current on all

appropriate immunizations at the time of sale. Breeder makes no guarantee as to

the final conformation outcome of the pup as it grows into adulthood. There is no guarantee

or warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed this pup. Breeder recommends

the spaying and neutering for all pets.

Buyer may have the pup examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice to confirm

breeder's representation. This exam must be performed within five (5) business days

from date of purchase.

If the exam of the pup determines it is not healthy and/or is afflicted with a congenital

defect, buyer shall:

1. Obtain a certificate detailing such defects/problems.

2. Immediately notify the breeder of such developments. (within two (2) business days)

3. Provide to breeder a copy of the vet's exam certificate and a copy of the vet's practice

license.

Breeder will then determine if pup is to be returned, or is to be euthanized.

Upon receipt of pup or documentation of euthanasia, breeder agrees to provide a  

replacement puppy of equal value as soon as a pup is available. If pup is to be returned,

and if pup was originally shipped via commercial air and is to be returned by same mode,

buyer agrees to pay the return shipment costs.

Breeder strongly recommends obedience training for your new Alapaha Blue Bulldog puppy.

           

Failure to have veterinarian examination performed:

If buyer fails to have the pup examined as described above, buyer agrees to not hold the

breeder liable in any way.

Responsibilities:

Once taking possession of puppy, buyer is responsible to maintain an appropriate external

and internal parasite control program and immunization regime. If after leaving the

breeder's premises, the pup becomes ill, sustains injury, or dies for reasons other

than congenital defects, buyer agrees to not hold breeder liable in any way.

Once taking possession of pup, buyer agrees to pay all vet costs incurred, for

whatever the reason, unless agreed upon beforehand in writing.

Documentation:

Breeder agrees to provide to the buyer the following documents:

-Record of pup immunization(s)

-The National Kennel Club's (NKC) registration application form when received..

Other responsibilities:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to immediately contact the breeder to discuss and

Attempt to resolve any issues that may develop in their puppy. The breeder is willing

to work with the buyer in any way and make every attempt in good faith to resolve

any issues that may arise with their puppy.

Conversely, it is the responsibility of the buyer to make every attempt to follow any

recommendations made by the breeder as it relates to the above.

This agreement constitutes and contains the entire agreement between breeder and buyer,

and supercedes any prior oral or written representations, inducements, or understandings

or any nature between the parties. No changes or modifications to this agreement shall

have legality unless executed in writing by both parties.

Wherefore, the buyer and breeder have entered into this agreement and signified their

acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein, by affixing their signatures

below; and by initialing and dating each page hereof on this_____________  day of ____________________________month, _________________year.

This contract applies to the original puppy and the original buyer and is nontransferable

to a second party
